The top is 11.75" x 11.75" and center column is 8" square. Base and top weigh approx 62 pounds each, the center column weighs 125 pound - total weight for a 40" is around 280 pounds. This is a beautiful piece! This image is representative of this marble, and as marble is a natural composition, each column will have it's own graining characteristics, and the graining will differ depending on how you position the column for viewing.
