Warning 
This cabinet is anchored with lag screws to the wall. 
Any heavy load free standing cabinet needs to be anchored
into solid studs - they are quite heavy when full.   
If a child (or anyone else for that matter) opens several of 
the drawers at one time, they may shift their 
center of gravity and fall forward!! PLEASE anchor 
prior to filling, for the safety of all concerned!

Our "budget" cabinet still consists of the exact same construction as the most expensive styles.  The exterior makes the difference, and this basic cabinet is finished in white melamine.  We still use the KV8400 full-extension, heavy-duty glides. The difference is in the finish time.  

The drawers are divided and spaced so there is only about 1/4" clearance above the video's, dvd's, cd's, etc.   There's absolutely no wasted space!  Each of these drawers holds approximately 100 standard VHS tapes, and the top CD drawer has 20 bays capable of storing approximately 210 cd's and/or cassettes!
