Our most popular wine is back! Rudolf Geil is one of Germany's best young winemakers and is little known by the public at large.. here or in Germany. The reason is that he markets his wine direct to private clientele (sound familiar?) or directly to Germany's top restaurants. The Nieder-Florsheimer Seigerrebe/Huxelrebe Spaetlese is totally exclusive to us. Siegerrebe (Hybrid of Gew¿rztraminer) gives a penetrating bouquet, while Huxelrebe provides the fantastic fruit flavors. The Burg Rodenstein site is blessed with great exposure, allowing the grapes to ripen fully in a light soil that brings finesse to the wine. This "declassified" Auslese is always filled in the elegant Bordeaux Futura bottle.

This ultra-rich treasure is one of the finest late harvest wines we've ever had. Gorgeous bouquet of ripe peach and wild flowers married with flavor complexity the likes of which only Geil consistently produces.
