Don't worry, I'll give you a no-risk 100% refund!
This refund does not include our shipping charges - just the kit
$259.95. Simply return the kit at your expense, unopened and in
undamaged condition (we must be able to restock as-is) within 60 days of your purchase.
Not happy with how it
operates?
I am confident that you will be happy with the operation of
this
piston system once you've built your bed! One advantage of purchasing this
kit from me is my willingness to do what I can to assist you with any problems
you might experience in building your bed. The purpose is to have this kit
work for you! The kit itself works perfectly, but occasionally
people simply experience problems that cannot be resolved. That's why I'm
willing to buy back the kit for $200 anytime within 6 months of your order even if you
have used it! To qualify for a "used" buyback, you
must a) try first to resolve any problems concerning your kit with me via email,
phone, or fax, and 2) send me at least 2 photos and written explanation of the problem
you're having with the kit , and c) if the decision to return the kit is finally
made, you must disassemble the bed and return ALL kit pieces and complete plan
sets to me in undamaged condition in the original
packaging (save the packaging).
I'd
like a Murphy Bed Kit, but don't feel I have the skill to build one!
Each kit comes with very detailed cutting and assembly
instructions for building your bed. These kits are intended for the
"do-it-yourself" market and even if this is your first attempt at a
large project, you should be able to handle it by following the
instructions. However, if you simply are not handy with basic
carpentry tools and skills, you can purchase the kit and hire a friend or
handyman in your
own area and still SAVE BIG over buying one from a dealer or over the internet and
paying the large shipping fees (completed Murphy beds are not small items to ship!).
CUTTING THE BIG PIECES.
Don't have proper saws? Most Home Improvement warehouses, such as Home
Depot or Lowe's, will gladly cut the material you purchase from them for your basic cabinet, usually for a very small
cutting fee. It is important that you take in the cut-sheet
diagram and let them know you need exact sizes, otherwise, the
parts won't fit together properly! Once the proper size pieces are cut,
the bed pretty much goes together with screws.
TIP: If you're going to hire
the work, I suggest you get several bids before deciding on a person to build
your Murphy bed project - unless you know them personally - and ask to see their
portfolio of work and even get references of a few past jobs!
