International Orders

Due to the increased costs and handling for shipments outside of the US and Canada, we will only consider international shipments on orders with a minimum $5,000.00 purchase. Note that although we do not have a minimum order for Canada, we do charge for the actual shipping costs and any brokerage fees that might be incurred. Requested orders for less these minimums will not be considered, and some items are not eligible for international shipment.

Our checkout procedure will automatically reject any orders for shipment outside of the United States, so there are special procedures you must follow - outlined on this page.


Reason for this action:


1) Most of our vendors and manufacturers will not ship internationally, so for those suppliers, we cannot override their procedures.

2) The shipping rates we've locked into our website will not cover the cost of international shipments. If we decide to fill your order, there will be extra costs involved, and in many cases, we must first have the vendor ship the product to us so we can then forward to you.

3) Due to our large sales volumes, we simply do not have the time to comply with the various international requirements for smaller orders.


Procedures for requesting International Shipments:


1) Minimum purchase total of $5,000 plus actual shipping costs plus a $50.00 special handling fee.

2) All orders sent abroad must be paid in full by Certified Bank Check prior to shipping.  No credit card purchases with the exception of Canadian issued cards.  (Our credit processing company will not provide services for non-USA or Canadian issued cards, so we are unable to accommodate by credit card)

3) Items must be shipped to the person ordering.  Absolutely no shipments to second parties or addresses.

4) Request International shipments only by email sent to sales@wishihadthat.com, and include all of the following information:
    a)  List all items you would like to purchase, including quantities, menu options, etc.
    b)  Provide complete contact information and shipping address.
    c)  Phone number and email address of purchaser.

Once we receive your email with the above complete information, we will consider your request. If you are purchasing products from different manufacturing sources, each item will have a separate shipping and handling charge. We will not absorb any shipping losses for international shipping, as we often do on shipments within the US. After evaluating which products will be allowed to ship outside the US, we will respond via email with instructions on how to proceed.  A certified or cashier's check payable in US dollars must be received by us prior to sending of any order.
