The images below are samples of marble ball fountains.  The ball and base are precision shaped and balanced to allow the ball to rotate easily on a very thin layer of water.  With the correct installation, these balls, regardless of size, will rotate continually and can be easily and safely moved by even small children.  Because marble is natural stone, actual colors, grain textures, and appearance will vary from piece to piece.
