Rules - One image or video per month by a person is eligible. The person posting the image must state in the image comments “Photo Contest”. The first image posted by the person with the words “Photo Contest” in their comment will be considered that persons entry for the month. The image must include products purchased from WishiHadThat.com .
Winners -
The image with the most “likes” will be considered the winner for the month that the image was posted. Wish I Had That.com will post a comment in the winners photo asking them to contact us with their Name, email address used for the purchase, phone number and order number. Upon authentication Wish I Had That.com will issue a $100 Gift Certificate to the winner for use at WishiHadThat.com . The gift certificate has no cash value.

Any photos that you post on the Wish I Had That.com Facebook wall with the intent of entering our contest may be used by Wishihadthat, Inc. and our affiliated companies at our option for any online posting or the print catalogs, brochures, or any other advertising in accordance to our Photo Submission Agreement.

By posting your photos on the Wish I Had That.com Facebook page, entrants grant Wish I Had That, Inc. a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed.
Your submitted photos constitutes your agreement to allow your photographs to be:Published on Wish I Had That, Inc. websites (including, but not limited to, www.wishihadthat.com, www.udecor.com and www.proceilingtiles.com ) Published in generated media for internet advertising.Used in print publications of Wish I Had That, Inc. (including, but not limited to, catalogs, marketing emails and mail digests).Wish I Had That, Inc. will not be required to pay any additional consideration or seek any additional approval in connection with such uses.All entries must be free of claims and rights of third parties.Wish I Had That, Inc. holds no other rights and will not sale submitted photos to any 3rd party.Individuals that submit images to Wish I Had That, Inc. retain all other rights to future use of their photographs.Individuals can sell their photos to any 3rd party, but must inform purchaser that Wish I Had That, Inc. retains the rights enumerated above.
