Returns

At Wish I Had That.com, we stand behind the quality of our products and we have streamlined our return procedures to make them as simple as possible in the event that you do need to return a product. We do not charge any restocking fees for the majority of our products, however there are a few lines that do have restocking fees and those are clearly outlined on the detailed description page of those particular products. Unless the product is a custom product as described below, you may return a product within 30 days of receiving your order as long as the product is in its original condition and packaging.

You are responsible for the cost of shipping any product back to us. We will provide a full refund for the purchase price of the product less actual shipping costs incurred with your order. The cost of shipping is calculated and included as a non-addon in our pricing for orders over $200 and represented as a flat $8 for order under $200, but it is NOT without cost if you return products. The actual shipping costs that it took to get your order to you will be subtracted from your return.

It is important that you contact us by phone or through email prior to returning an item so that we can provide you with the correct return shipping instructions. Certain products on our web site have different return instructions then others.

Custom Items

Products that have been custom built or products that have had a logo or engraving applied to it may not be returned unless a return agreement has been formed at the time the original order was placed.

After calling us you may receive instruction to download and fill out our return form. You can find it HERE. After printing and filling out the form, follow the instructions on the form and make sure to include it with the returned product.
