RoJico is NOT
going out of business.
We have over 800 registered dealers throughout the US market and will continue
to service as always from our California headquarters. We simply no longer
have need for a showroom across the country when our system is solidly set up
online for our dealers at www.rojico.com.
Why we are closing the Atlanta Showroom:
Plain and simple: logistics. We are based in
California, and due to travel and location difficulties associated
with maintaining this showroom in Atlanta, RoJico Trading made the
decision several months ago not to renew our lease at Americasmart.
Knowing that we were going to be leaving, an adjacent showroom to our location
has offered to take over our space several months before our lease ends...but
we need to be cleared out by May 31. Our options for our company
are to fly a few of our employees back to Atlanta, rent a one-way truck, and
drive everything back to California. An expensive proposition, and not
something we wish to do as we are so busy here. So, we are willing to sell everything fast at
a highly discounted price. This is an "all or nothing" offer, as we do not have time to piece
buyers together for individual items. We are discounting more than 50% below
our normal wholesale pricing.
Timing:
We only have a few days to make this decision to either bring all of the
showroom items back to California (an expensive proposition) or sell it
completely. Any buyer of our showroom display must remove all items not
later than that date.

There is
an assortment of metal wall decor there, I believe 5 pieces hanging from the
ceiling and walls. These range in retail from $329 to $950 on WIHT. We
have since discontinued selling these wholesale, but their old pricing is
shown for value.

The Deal
1) We are selling "all or nothing" to the first buyer,
RoJico dealer or other retailer paying $10,000
via Certified funds (add 3% if paying by credit card), with payment being
arranged by 5-27.
2) 50% of payment due immediately, balance within 30
days.
3) All items must be removed from the showroom by
the last day of MAY. There is another tenant ready to move in on June 1, so
failure to remove items could result in Americasmart removing and
placing
into storage...at which point there would be cost to pay to them to retrieve
the items.
4) All cost and movements, including any breakage, is
to be at buyers risk
5) Initial payment must be wire
transferred & received by RoJico prior to any release of items to buyer.
6) RoJico does not warrant or
guarantee any product, and the lot is being sold in "as-is" condition,
without recourse. Most of these items have been in our showroom for
over 2 years...and fountain pumps will probably work, but we offer no
guarantees. Not much can happen to marble or sculptures, so there should be
no problem there.
