We believe everyone knows that the cost of shipping is a real and growing expense.  In spite of the scheduled fees we do charge (see below), we rarely cover our direct cost of just the shipping charges we are charged by UPS and other trucking companies, let alone the cost of packaging and labor to prepare for shipping.

Once your order is placed with us, actual delivery times will vary with different manufacturers, so please allow reasonable time. On most pages you will be notified with the approximate shipping time. If you need a product quicker (gifts, etc.) email us and we will make every attempt to meet your needs.

Important Information for Large Items:
Many large or heavy items have to be shipped via common carrier.  The shipping charged is for delivery to the address only, and does not include any inside delivery, setup. or other services.  On most shipments, the customer is responsible for removing the merchandise from the edge of the truck (some drivers offer their assistance, but they are not required to help).  For shipments over 150 pounds Wishihadthat covers the cost of a liftgate service.  On  liftgate deliveries the trucking company has a special truck that will lower the merchandise down to the ground.  If you have any trucker do additional services, make sure you ask them specifically what the charges would be to assist you in moving any product, and any and all of those charges are the responsibility of the customer.  If you have any concerns regarding delivery, please give us a call and we will be happy to be of service.
