Wood Veneer Ceiling Tile Samples
We recommend that you order samples prior to placing an order for any of our custom made ceiling tiles so you will have first hand knowledge as to actual colors (computer screens can distort).  Custom tiles cannot be returned for any refund after they are manufactured.

How to order samples
In the boxes provided above, enter all combinations of the wood species / stain colors you desire, then total the number of samples requested and put in the quantity box.  Please  separate your entries by a comma.

Example (the write in the above box:  Maple-English Chestnut, Red Oak-Golden Pecan, Red Oak-Natural.  
After entering what you want, count all the samples and place that total in the Quantity box and add to Cart.  Please, for sample only order one of each combination you desire, and you will be charged $1 for each plus a single $8 flat shipping handling charge (regardless of how many you order).

Sample sizes may vary from 4" x 4" to 6" x 6" Size
*Due to the time and materials involved with making samples, we do charge $1 each for the basic labor for preparing the tile samples plus a flat shipping, regardless of how many samples are ordered. We do not stock or provide samples for the custom color stains...we have to purchase a quart of that stain at a minimum cost of $15. Custom color samples are also able to color-match a specific requirement that you might have, if you don't find something close. If you are providing your own custom color, just send us a chip or color sample, and it can normally be matched very closely. Order as many samples as you'd like, but samples are limited to 1 tile or any color / species combination. Example: 2 samples of Red Oak with Natural stain can not be made for the same client.

Custom Order - No Refund Policy:
The return policy for our custom ordered ceiling tiles is different than on most of our products since these are manufactured to your specific order rather than stocked.  Once your materials have been purchased and your tiles are in production, there are no refunds since we will have no idea if we can later sell your specific tiles to another customer...so please be certain of your order before placing it!  You may even order a 1-tile full-size sample by calling 800-419-1130.  Samples are a full size at regular price plus actual shipping.  

Shipping Rates and Minimum Order:
When you actually place a tile order, we provide free shipping on orders of 8 tiles or more.  If you want to order less than the minimum 8 ceiling tiles, please call us at 1-800-419-1130 and we will be happy to assist you with the order. However, for orders less than the 8 tiles shipping is not included and we will charge the actual shipping cost.
